This is your work for while I am out this week: Continue to work on your research paper.
I will be checking my email most days. If you have questions or want to send me something to look at or you want to hand in your rough or final draft send it to me at manoguem@crhsd.org. I will do my best to take a look at it and make comments.
Continue with Sentence Combining: On ex. 22: Write ONE sentence for each cluster (your choice of But, However, Although and Despite. Make sure you use it correctly!!
Monday: Look at the Introduction and Conclusion Techniques handout on page 22 of the research packet. These are good ideas.
Continue working on your paper. Email your Rough Draft (and outline if necessary)
to me when you are finished. Rough Drafts should be at least 700 words.
Tuesday: View the Integrating Quotes presentation on the blog. It is also on pages 16 and 17 in your Research Packet.
Continue working your paper. Email me with any questions; email your rough draft to me
if you have not already.
Make sure you are integrating your quotes in your paper.
Wednesday: Use this block to work on your paper or sentence combining.

Thursday: Look at your Works Cited page and compare it to the sample in your packet on page 21. View the presentation Your Works Cited Page on the blog.
Is Works Cited centered at the top of the page?
Is the document double spaced throughout?
Are the citations in alphabetical order?
Did you include all and only the sources you used?
Is the first line of each citation flush with the margin with any subsequent lines
indented?
